Enjoy a naturalist-guided walk on mostly-level trails in prime Sonoran Desert habitat and learn about the plants and wildlife that inhabit the area. Ages 12 and up. Free with Membership, Non-Member $5 fee. Ironwood Picnic Area, 1500 Hal Gras Road

The Ironwood Picnic area is at the intersection of 1500 S. Kinney Road and 7800 W. Hal Gras Road. This location in Tucson Mountain Park is 1.5 miles south of Gates Pass Road or 3.8 miles north of Ajo Way. Meet at the first ramada in the picnic area or follow signs to meeting location within the picnic area. There are restroom facilities but no water at this location.
