Our 13th Annual AIDS Walk Tampa Bay will be held at Vinoy Park in Downtown St. Petersburg on Saturday, December 10th, 2016.
By walking, running, donating or volunteering this year, you will help to provide much-needed resources to the AIDS Service Association of Pinellas, an HIV/AIDS organization now supporting members across the entire bay area. With your amazing support, our Tampa Bay community can make a real difference to the many people impacted by HIV/AIDS in our area.
Since its beginning in 1987, ASAP evolved from a small grass roots program into the most comprehensive AIDS Service Organization in Pinellas County. ASAP offers an array of services to both Pinellas and Hillsborough County residents: HIV testing; mobile testing unit; prevention involving behavioral interventions, community education, and street outreach; medical case management; Ryan White eligibility; mental health/substance abuse counseling; nutritional services and food pantry; inhouse pharmacy; support groups including empowerment group for minority women and aging men dealing with HIV and retirement/disability issues; and holiday food/gifts and back to school backpacks for children.
