2018 Longhorn Stampede 5k Family Run

• 5K:- Run 3.1 Miles

Welcome to the first annual Longhorn Stampede 5k Family Run!  

The Longhorn Stampede is a non-timed family 5K run/walk.  Anyone and everyone is welcomed and encouraged to come out and support your Longhorn community!  This event is opened to walkers, runners and strollers!  There will be fun entertainment along the course and a visit from some of our favorite LPE teachers and staff!

All race participants will receive a t-shirt and kids will receieve a special prize for crossing the finish line.  There will be additional fun before and after the race!  Join us for games, music and food and more at the start and finish line!

Event details and schedule

Parking is available at the school and within Laureate Park.  Please give yourself time to get to the back fields behind the school where the race will start/end.  There will be vendors available, as well as, food and drinks for purchase. 

FRIDAY, 2/23/18

3:00PM - 6:00PM = Packet Pick Up @ Laureate Park Elementary Basketball Courts

SATURDAY, 2/24/18

7:30AM = Packet Pick Up

9:00AM = Start of the 5K

10:30AM = Fun continues at the Finish line
