With the goal of creating a safe society while promoting the physical, social and mental well-being of our youth, SMPAL and SFA brings you this 5k Run/Walk to promote the importance of Student Health and Mental Wellness; Healthy Mind, Body and Community.  

Open to ALL Runners and Walkers of all levels.

(Chip timed and USTAF certified course)

5K Run/Walk and Resource Faire for Student Wellness

Seal Point Park, San Mateo

1901 J. Hart Clinton Drive

Race starts promptly at 9am. 

Packet Pick-Up and FREE Wellness Workshop on May 5th, 2018 between 10am-12pm.

Race Packets and T-Shirts can be picked up on Saturday May 5th between 10am-12pm at the San Mateo Senior Center, 2645 Alameda de las Pulgas, San Mateo, CA 94403 . Registration for the 5K will also be available there.  Attend a FREE Wellness Workshop designed to teach ways of achieving a positive and healthy Mind, Body, and Community.

We are Stronger Together and encourage you to wear your T-shirts at the run as part of our effort to Raise Awareness about Student Health and Mental Wellness!

Race Day Events:

• Barre3 will lead the Pre and Post Race stretches
• Goody bag and medal for each Participant
• Visit various tables of Health and Wellness Advocates
• Giveaways
• Fun Raffle prizes
• Music
