DEADLINE TO REGISTER AND GUARANTEE A SHIRT IN YOUR CHOICE OF SIZE IS Friday, March 9th. Registration will remain open until Friday, March 16.  We do our best to order enough shirts so that everyone will get one but cannot guarantee size or availability if you register after March 9th.

Start time is at 10:00 a.m., so please be at the Chesapeake Isle pavilion by 9:30 to
get your packet and registration instructions. Packet pickup will start at 9:00 am

(Don’t worry, you won’t have to run up the hill! The race starts at the top!)

If your new year’s resolution includes exercising more or just having fun, it doesn’t get any easier than this: a beautiful certified course right in your neighborhood! You can walk, you can run; you can invite your friends, and you can invite your family! So lace up those shoes, hit the roads, and get fit!

Exercise benefits your health, and proceeds benefit CICA and the National PTSD Foundation!

Race registration is only $25! Plus, all pre-registered participants get a heavyweight commemorative t-shirt,
food, drinks, swag, and bragging rights! Don’t miss your opportunity to participate!

Registration for the Race and Post-Race party is $35.00 (over 21)

Registration for the Race and Post-Race party is $30.00 (ages 10-20 or no beer)

Registration for the Race and Post-Race party is $25.00 (age under 10)

Post-Race party only (over 21) is $15

Post Race party only (10-20 or no beer) is $10.00

Post-Race Party only, age under 10 is $5.00

Those attending the Post Race Party only have the option of purchasing an event shirt during the registration process. 

If you are not able to do the 5k, you’re not off the hook! We NEED loads of volunteers. Let us know if you can help.

Start time is at 10:00 a.m.

At the Chesapeake Isle Pavilion

Post- Race party starts at 11:00 am

Parking is available at the Pavilion parking area, street parking, or at the harbor.  Please do not park along the course route.

There is no bag check, however, you may leave items under the pavilion where they will stay dry in case of inclement weather.  If you've done our race before, you know we can have all kinds of weather!
