Carpet Capital 10 Miler

This race started in 1988 as the BASF 10 Miler and has been run continuously since then. In 1995, the race was renamed the Carpet Capital 10 Miler and as one of very few USATF certified 10 mile course in the state of Georgia, holds almost all the state records. Entrants come mainly from Georgia and surrounding states but other parts of the country are represented as well.

Modified loop along scenic country roads of NW Georgia. Some moderately rolling hills. USATF Certified Event #GA09047WC. RRCA State Championship 10 Miler. Race day registration begins at 8:00 a.m., the 10 Miler and 2 Miler start together at 9:00 a.m.

Medals will be presented to all 10 Miler finishers and running gloves for all pre-registered runners.

Early registration ends after January 20 when there will be a price increase.
