_ The 2018 8th Annual Super Couch Potato 5K:

Get your run done early so you can park yourself on the couch and watch the big game. A 5-kilometer race at scenic Onondaga Lake Park.

Your race entry entitles you to an entry in the raffle* and post-race refreshments.

Commemorative buff to the first 500 entrants.

Event will be held regardless of weather.

Pre-race packet pickup at Fleet Feet Sports, 5800 Bridge St, East Syracuse on Saturday February 3 from 11am to 2pm, or race day at the Cobbelstone starting at 9:30am

$5 discount for 2018 STC members (you'll have a chance to renew STC membership as you sign up for this event.)

*you must complete the run/walk and be present to win
