LLU Students must bring student ID
Rules for the Triathlon: ANSI or Snell approved helmets are required. You are responsible for your own safety and working conditions of your bicycle. Mandatory bike check on race morning before you enter transitition area. Participants only allowed in transition area.
• Online registration closes Friday, April 27, at 2:00 p.m.
• Race day registration opens at 5:30 a.m.
• Cash or checks only on race day.
• Pre-race packet pick up is Saturday, April 28 at the Drayson Center soccer field at sunset from around 7:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
The adult triathlon is composed of three different segments, the 5K (3.1 mile) run/walk/roll course, the 11 mile bike course, and finally the 150 yard swim course. You will complete the race in that order (run, bike, swim).
