 _ 2018 Fast Friends Mile Road Race:

Come set a PR on this fun filled four mile course while helping raise funds for some fast, furry, four-legged friends! The road course winds around the Yale Forest with views of Monadnock Mountain in scenic Swanzey New Hampshire.

The Race course starts on NH Rt. 10 heading south, turns left onto Ash Hill Rd, left onto Sawyers Crossing, left onto Matthews Rd, left onto Lucinda Terrace, left onto Rt. 10, and then left into the Fast Friends driveway. The route was selected to minimize road crossings (there are none) and keep runners on the left side of the road. The roads are open to traffic during the race and participants are warned to exercise due caution while running.

Take Route 10 South on traffic circle, go one mile, driveway is on the left; across from Market Basket

From the South
From T-Bird Mini Mart, follow West Swanzey Rd./NH-10 towards Keene. Our facility is about 6/10ths of a mile on the right, across from Market Basket

All proceeds benefit Fast Friends Greyhound Adoption. Fast Friends is dedicated to educating the public about retired racing Greyhounds and other sighthounds, as well as finding responsible, loving homes for them. More than 40 retired racing Greyhounds are waiting for their forever homes at our facility in Swanzey, NH.
