_ The 4th Annual Mindbender 5K Run/Walk:

The 4th annual Mindbender 5K Run/Walk will be held at the beautiful and historic Red Mountain Park in Birmingham.  The trails are off road with scenic foilage around every bend. This will be our first year to have a T-shirt Contest.

Build a team in honor of a loved one who has suffered from Alzheimer's. The team that raises the most funds will choose the honorees name that will go on all the 4th Annual Mindbender t-shirts! The final fundraising must be complete by April 15th.

Bring your friends and family and come out to have a great time while supporting Alzheimer's awareness!
