_ The 19th Annual Pi Mile Run:
Love puppies, pie, and prizes? Come to the 19th Annual Pi Mile Run, hosted by the Wisconsin Alpha Chapter of the engineering honor society Tau Beta Pi! All proceeds will be donated to OccuPaws GuideDog Association, a nonprofit organization out of Madison that raises and trains guide dogs for the visually impaired in Wisconsin at no charge.
Event details and schedule
Come support OccuPaws Guide Dog Association at the 19th Annual Pi Mile Run, hosted by the Wisconsin Alpha Chapter of Tau Beta Pi. Both the 5k and 10k races will begin at the UW Natatorium so please arrive earlier to check-in. Parking is available for free outside the Natatorium. Please dress for the weather. OccuPaws with be in attendance with some of their current canine trainees for you to meet at the finish line. Also, the top finishers in each race will receive prizes to local companies and all participants will be entered into a raffle for remaining prizes. Lastly, all participants will receive a slice of pie at the finsih! Packet pick-up is currently scheduled from 2pm-8pm on April 13th.
