Directions

There are numerous parking options surrounding the event and course. That being said, we recommend that you plan to allow yourself plenty of time to park and get to the event staging area. You may also want to check for any road closures on your route in advance. There are several large State of Arizona parking garages and lots around the race course that are open for visitor parking. There are also public and private lots around the race that are open to race parking as well as street parking.

Inspiration Station
If she can see it she can be it.
The Inspiration Station is a very special part of our event expo that shows girls that they truly have limitless potential, that they can dream big and that if they work hard they can reach their goals. To do this, we invite a small group of extraordinary women in a variety of careers to spend time chatting with the girls and to serve as an example of girls who chased big dreams and succeeded. The station will be set up as a meet and greet area where girls and event participants can walk through and ask questions as desired one-on-one or in small groups and participate in other fun activities.

Become a *Sparkle Runner*!
If you would like to run with the girls, this is for you! Be a moving course marshal and provide gentle encouragement and support to all our girls along the run. A Sparkle Runner is an adult female who runs the 5k and cheers on all of our girls as they head towards the finish line! Some Sparkle Runners may be paired with an individual girl to run the whole race with, while others will be asked to cheer on all the girls along the course and others asked to help to serve as sweep. You may come across a girl who got separated from her Running Buddy, is too fast for her Running Buddy, or just needs some extra encouragement! To become a Sparkle Runner, please register for our upcoming end of season 5k and select "Sparkle Runner" as your event category.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Sparkle Runners will be asked to complete a background check in order to serve in this role.

Sleep-In for the Cause!
Not a morning person or can’t attend the event, but still want to support Girls on the Run? Make a donation instead. Your entire contribution will go directly to the program.

This event will be held rain or shine. Online registration closes April 24th at midnight.

All registrations are non-refundable and non-transferable. In the event that you can no longer participate in the event, your registration will be considered a donation to the Girls on the Run program.
