NorCal Presents the Inaugural NorCal Fitness & Fun Benefit Run, a
kick-off event for the NorCal All Sports Health & Fitness Expo.
Participate for fitness and fun in this run/walk event to support and
benefit: Special Olympics, AHA Search Your Heart Program & School
Sports Programs.
Health & Fitness Expo1Registration includes admittance to this is 2-day outdoor sports health and fitness expo. The Expo will feature a wide variety of sports, health and fitness services, businesses and retailers, who will display their products, services and or merchandise, as well as non profit clubs and organizations. There will be a full schedule of presentations, demonstrations and workshops free to the public. There will be a sports health & fitness equipment swap benefiting high school sports programs.Races Offered21K- 8:00am: 3-8 year olds** 1K-8:30am: Special Needs - Any age** 5K & 10K-9:00am: Ages 7-107 years young
