_ The 2018 St. Patrick's Day Race:

The Carpet Capital Running Club presents the 31st Running of the First "and maybe the only" Dalton St. Patrick's Day Road Race.  In 1988 a group of Dalton runners were disappointed that a Chattanooga St. Patrick's Day Road Race was cancelled so they decided to have one of their own for one year only. Well, 30 years later we will have one more.  The course is beautiful and not exactly flat but hey, it’s just two miles. There will be refreshments, door prizes, fun for the entire family and PIZZA FOR ALL.

Event details and schedule

Race Day registration begins at 5:30 and the race starts promptly at 6:30.

T-shirts are guaranteed on Race Day if registered by March 1.  Otherwise particpants can pick up their shirts at a later date.

Age groups: 1-5, 6-10, 11-15, 16-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60+
