_ The 2018 Magnolia Festival 5K and Fun Run:

The Magnolia Festival 5K is the morning of Gardendale's annual Magnolia Festival. This year the charity is Magic Moments. The sole purpose of Magic Moments is to make the lifelong wishes and dreams come true for seriously-ill children, providing them an opportunity to turn away from illness and suffering - if only for a moment - and feel what it is like to just be a kid again.

The race will have a "Super Friends" theme because the charity helps children who are our little heroes and this charity is their hero! Everyone is encouraged to run dressed as their favorite hero character. Who is your hero?

The 5K will start at 7am. This race will be chip timed. The Fun Run will start at 7:30 a.m. The race will start and finish at Buffalo Wild Wings in Gardendale. 2505 Caufield Drive, Gardendale, AL 35071.

April 12th - Deadline to be guaranteed a t-shirt in your size  

April 16th - Price Increase to $30.00 for 5k 

April 19th – Packet Pick-up – CrossFit Gardendale (955 Main Street) – 4:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. 

April 20th - Online registration ends at 8:00 a.m.

April 21st – Same Day Registration – 6:00 a.m. – 6:30 a.m.

April 21st – 5k START TIME – 7:00 a.m.

April 21st – FUN RUN START TIME – 7:30 a.m.  

We encourage all of our participants to dress as their favorite "Super Friend"
