Run a fun-filled 5K that the whole family can enjoy. There's something for everyone at the Family Fun Run 5K, where adults, teens and tweens can be a part of this official WALT DISNEY WORLD Marathon Weekend event. Experience a 5K course that winds through Epcot with an unforgettable finish!

Please note: Participants in the Stroller division will receive (2) medallions and (1) t-shirt for the 5K.
Eligibility4All ages are welcome to participate in the Family Fun Run 5K. Each participant must be able to complete the 5K on their own. If you are entering the 5K Stroller Division, you may have your child in a stroller or baby jogger.Pacing Requirements All athletes entering the Family Fun Run 5K must maintain a 16-minute per mile pace or faster throughout the entire race. Anyone not able to maintain a 16-minute per mile pace may be picked up and transported to the finish. You may be picked up at any point along the course for not maintaining a 16-minute per mile pace.

We suggest you train for a 15-minute per mile pace or faster to allow time for breaks (restroom breaks, photo opportunities, etc.).
Packet Pick-up6All runners must attend Disney's Health & Fitness Expo for race number and Packet Pick-Up at the Jostens Center at ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex.

Strollers and baby joggers are permitted on the 5K course only if you are registered for the 5K Stroller Division. Strollers and baby joggers must start at the back of the pack and your child must be secured in the stroller at all times.Commemorative Pins92012 Family Fun Run 5K Commemorative Pin can be purchased during registration.
