_ The 2018 Plantar Fasciitis - PF - with Dr. Paul Sommer and OS1st Fun Run/Walk:

Plantar Fasciitis or better know as "PF" is the arch nemesis for many of us who move or work on our feet.  Dr Paul Sommer, DPM, FCCWS with Family Foot and Ankle Clinic and Kirby Laughlin from OS1st will be sharing information on Plantar Fasciitis prior to the FREE 3 Mile Fun Run/Walk.  Please feel free to join us for the seminar, Fun Run/Walk or both.  All paces and abilities are welcome.

ALL FREE RUN/WALKS WILL BE 3 MILES STARTING FROM THE EXTRA MILE AT 6:00 P.M.
