Description
The Race to Rescue 5K Road Race will be held at the Cumming Fairgrounds
and is the kick-off event for the Mutts and More Festival that benefits
the Humane Society of Forsyth County. HSFC is one of the few NO-KILL
shelters in this area and is a volunteer organization interested in the
rehoming or placement by adoption of abandoned cats, dogs, kittens and
puppies within the Forsyth County area, Roswell, North Fulton, John's
Creek, and Alpharetta areas.

is out and back, with the start/finish line on Castleberry Rd. in front
of the Cumming Fairgrounds. Runners/walkers will go north on Castleberry
to Tribble Gap, and make a left turn onto Elm St. Follow Elm St. to the
end and u-turn to head back to the finish line. Yes, there is a pretty
good hill on Elm St. but we all know that running in north Georgia does
not mean flat roads. When you turn back onto Tribble Gap to head to the
finish line it's downhill.
