_ The 2018 Run Your Can Off 5K:

COME JOIN US for the 1st annual RUN YOUR CAN OFF 5K Run/Walk/Fun Run in Cumming, GA August 25, 2018.  The race benefits The Marcus E. & Sharon B. Gunter Foundation, Inc., d/b/a The MSG Foundation as it serves the residents of Forsyth County, GA that struggle with food insecurities: a household’s inability to provide enough food for every person to live an active, healthy life.

The MSG Foundation meets the 3rd Saturday of each month at Otwell Middle School where we sort and pack supplemental groceries to serve 9 sites in the most economically challenged locations in our county allowing  everyone the opportunity to give hours of service to help keep these families from going to bed hungry.

START TIMES:

5K @ 8:00am

1K @ 8:55am

COST:

5K - $25.00 until 11:59pm 8/9/18 then $30.00

1K - $15.00 

RACE DAY REGISTRATION:

Race Day Registration will be held at Otwell Middle School @ 7:00am

- 5K cost is $35.00

- 1K cost is $15.00

AWARDS:  

Custom medals for: Overall Male/Female, Masters Male/Female, top 3 finishers Male/Female 10 and Under, 11-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60 and Up.

T-SHIRTS:

All pre-registered participants will receive a short sleeve wicking fabric race tee
