Cobb County Animal Services is doing a 5K, and they're looking for you!

Come out to the Cobb County Police EVOC for a start and finish you won't forget. 

The 5K starts at 8:00 am, and you can come alone, or bring your pooch.  Awesome course on County Services Rd, with awards for the fastest dog and the for the humans:  Top 3 overall M/F, top 3 overall master's M/F, and the top 3 in all the regular 5 year age groups.  We'll also have great technical race shirts for all the human runners.

Race for free...this is a Fundraiser, and if you can raise $200 in pledges, we'll refund you your entry fee.

Event Beneficiary

Proceeds from the event go to the Cobb Animal shelter.  The event serves two purposes:

• A fundraiser for the shelter 
• A special adoption event. Our goal is to get 50 dogs and cats adopted during this event.

Awesome moisture wicking shirts guaranteed to all participants (women's sizes too).  You'll also have the chance to swap it out for a sleeveless or a Ladies Racer Back tank top.  Just register by 6/24 and it's guaranteed, afterwards they're available while supplies last.

Championships & Turkey Trot

• All participants will automatically qualify for FREE entry into the Five Star Thanksgiving Day Turkey Trot. 

• Top finishers will also have the opportunity to earn a spot in the  championships to be held on Jan 6, 2019. The number of spots available  is based on the total registration...see event website for details.

Event Courtesy & Refund Policy

Our events are designed to be fun and for the entire family. With that in  mind any competitor, spectator, parent, volunteer, or sponsor,  exhibiting unsportsmanlike conduct or interfering with the positive,  competitive atmosphere of the event will be asked to leave the venue and course immediately with no refunds.  

All registrations are final...We're sorry, but there are no refunds, transfers, or deferments.
