_ The 39th Annual Black Diamond Days:

The course for the 5K is a fast course on the scenic bike trail between Gillespie & Benld.  This out and back course starts just one block south of the stop light and registration tent.  Splits will be given at the 1 mile and 2 mile with the finishing times recorded.

Online registration ends on May 30th at midnight. Early entries are guaranteed a shirt size.

Late registration will be accepted at the starting line 6:30 - 7:15 am, June 2nd.

Event details and schedule

Packet Pick up: Saturday, June 2nd 6:30 am - 7:30 am at the tent located at the south end of the carnival by the 4 way stoplight.

Race Time:

7:30 am - 1 Mile Fun Run

8:00 am - 5K Walk/Run

Awards:

1 Mile: Medal awards to the top 3 male & female overal, all runners receive a finishers ribbon

5K: Gift Certificate awards will be given to the top 5 male & female  overall.

First male & female overall will win a $50 gift certificate to First to the Finish Edwardsville.

Second, third, fourth & fifth overall will win a $25 gift certificate to First to the Finish Edwardsville

Age Group 5K awards:  Medal to first place in the following age groups: U12, 13-18, 19-14, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 50-64 & 65U

Masters: First place over 40, male & female, will win $25 gift certificate to First to the Finish.
