_ The 2018 Fall into Fitness Family 5K Fun Run/Walk:

The 2018 Fall into Fitness Family 5K Fun Run/Walk hosted by NPHC Solano is a family-friendly event for first-time runners/walkers to expert athletes. This year marks our 2nd Annual event and we are excited to continue our mission toward furthing community outreach.  

COURSE: The 5K (3.1 mile) route takes runners/walker around the beautiful Solano Community College campus in Fairfield, CA. 

What's in it for you?  A finisher medal, water, light refreshments, and (maybe) door prizes.  Most improtantly, it's an opportunity for all to 'get out and move', network, have fun, and socialize with other Solano County and Bay Area community residents.

NPHC Solano is a partner of the Omega Reservoir of Help Foundation, a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization.

The race will be held rain or shine.
