_ The 2018 Tender Hearts 5K:

Come out and run or walk for the children who can't.  Tender Hearts, Inc. is running and walking to support its mission of helping medically fragile children have a better quality of life.  In 2017 we purchased customized adaptive rehabilitation bikes for children who otherwise would be unable to ride a bicycle.  All Tender Hearts 5K participants will receive a t-shirt and a swag bag.  Race medals will be awarded to the top 3 in each age group.  This is an official qualifying timed 5K.

Post Race:  We invite you and your family to participate in our  (free) 2nd annual Family Fun Fitness Day!  There will be a children's obstacle course, moonbounce, face painting, food vendors and much, much more.  So, come out and help us support some amazing children and enjoy a fun day of activities at the same time.
