4th Annual "Change Your Life Flagler" 5K To Benefit the Flagler County Free Clinic Presented By: Brighthouse Networks - Chage Your Life with Florida Hospital - Fitness One and Rotary Club of Palm Coast. Proceeds will go to the Flagler County Free Clinic. The Clinic provides volunteer medical care to persons without health insurance.
Directions/Parking1Off I-95 take exit 284 - SR 100, Bunnell/Flagler Beach, proceed east for 0.3 miles, turn right onto Old Kings Road S. for 0.3 miles, Fitness One is located on the right.Parking: On-site parking located at Fitness One and additional parking across the street at Old Kings Elementary School.
