_ The 2018 Copy (2) of Carmel Valley Fiesta Mountain Run:

The Carmel Valley Fiesta Run is back for 2018. Not only do we have the beautiful, scenic, rugged, challenging and steep 7.7-mile mountain run, we have a new fast and mostly flat 2.25 mile run. Food and beverages will be found at the finish line, including our famous peanut butter, banana, chocolate smoothies. 

Registration closes 8pm on 8/8 @ 8:00 PM.

There will be race day registration.

Event details and schedule

Start and finish at the Visitors Center. Race-day check in and bib pick up will begin at 6:45 AM. Start time is 8:00 AM. To reach Garland Ranch Regional Park, take Carmel Valley Road east from Highway 1 or west from Laureles Grade, then park at the main entrance just off Carmel Valley Road. If available, race day registration  for the 7.7 mile run will be $50, and $45 for the 2.25 mile run. 

Awards in the 7.7 mile run will be given to the top three male and female finishers in these age groups: 13-15, 16-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+. In addition, a medal will be awarded to the overall male and overall female winners.

Awards in the 2.25 mile run will be given to the top three male and female finishers in these age groups: 9-10, 11-12, 13-15, 16-19, and 1st place only for male and female for 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+ age groups.
