_ The 2018 Golden Gate Park Cross Country 5K:

Classic cross country course in Golden Gate Park.  Starts at upper dirt track of the Polo Fields, runs along combination of paved bike path, dirt path, and grass to finish at the lower paved track of the Polo Fields.

Event details and schedule

Race day registration/check-in begins at 8am and the race starts at 9am. Free half-mile kids race for children ages 12 & under, same location, starts at approximately 9:45am.
