_ The 2018 Friends of the Grimes Public Library Fun Run and 5K:

Join the Friends of the Grimes Public Library our third annual Fun Run/5K!  This event will support the Friends of the GPL in their efforts to increase appreciation of the library, promote community involvement, and actively work to fundraise for library materials and programs.  The runs will begin and ends at the Grimes South Sports Complex.  Right after the run, the library will be hosting their summer reading wrap up party!  We are super excited to have you join us for this exciting event!

Packet pick up will be the Friday night before the race between 4 and 6 pm at the Grimes Public Library.  If you're unable to make it during that time packets will be available Saturday morning at the Sports Complex before the start of the races.

In order to be guaranteed a t-shirt, you must be registered before July 9th.
