Skip the traffic and the long run and spend the morning of the 4th celebrating close to home by burnign some calories before your 4th of July cookout.

Fun morning of patriotic music, watermelon, hot dogs, doorprizes and awards and a great, soft style comfy All American T-shirt!!

7:30 a.m. 5K begins

8:30 a.m. Fun Run

Trophies given to top overall male and female winners as well as masters male and female winners.

Medals given to the top three in male and female 5 year increment age group categories from 10 and under all the way to 70 and up.
