Description
A memorial will be built in Colorado Springs in America the Beautiful Park to honor local peace officers who have made, and who will make the ultimate sacrifice while protecting our community. Proceeds from this event will go towards the construction of the Pikes Peak Region Peace Officers' Memorial. Since 1895, 27 peace officers have been killed in the line of duty in El Paso and Teller Counties.
