_ The 2019 Dam Run - 10K/5K Run/Walk:

START TIME: 9:00 AM

When online Registration closes you can register on race day. We'll be there at 7:00 am ready to accept your registration. Race goes on, Rain or Shine.

This is a mixed Trail Run. The 5K is on a paved course (the Old San Pablo Dam Road), while the 10K veers off onto a dirt trail with rolling small hills. Both courses maintain a fabulous view of the Reservoir and the surrounding landscape, picturesque and beautiful. Be sure to enjoy the views while you battle for your finishing place !!! You have the Lake view, the Meadow view, and some enthusiastic helpers to encourage you all along the way. We just love running and hope you do too!

Awards:

Custom Finisher Medals to ALL.  1st/2nd/3rd Place Medals to each 5 Year age group. 

Custom Plaques to:

1st Overall Male & Female Finisher in both the 5K and 10K.. PLUS

1st Overall Male & Female  5K/10K  Ages 49 and Under

1st Overall Male & Female 5K/10K   Ages 50 and Over - Half Century Awards

Packet pick-up is at the event, on Race Day at the Pre-Registration Table, beginng at 7:00 am.

**The race will be on a closed course, beginning at the San Pablo Dam boat launch ramp, at the San Pablo Reservoir located at the Orinda entrance (not the El Sobrante entrance) to the Reservoir. No cars will be allowed into the Reservoir after 8:40am, the gates will be CLOSED.
