2018 Kowalski's Strive 10 Miler

_ The 2018 Kowalski's Strive 10 Miler & 5K:

10 Mile run around beaitful White Bear Lake.  If your goal is to do a 10 mile run this year this is your race!  You have the summer to train, Rotary Volunteers are at most of the turns, the course starts with some hills and then the last couple of miles are flat and fast.  Starting at the Commercial Bay, near Kowalski's you run counter clock wise around the lake.  You have 2hr 15 minutes to finish the race.

Race Day Regerstration opens at 11:00 Boatwork Commons Community Room

Parking ramp at Boatworks Commons, parking is FREE

10 Mile and 5K start at the same time but different starting locations both near the Boatworks Commmons

The registration includes an event long sleeve T-Shirt

Awards will be given to the top male and female overall and the top 3 male and female in each group.

10 Mile Course is around White Bear Lake

This race course starts at Boatworks Commons (4459 Lake Ave S) and circles beautiful White Bear Lake. The course head south then east on South Shore Blvd, after running next to the lake and homes on the lake you enter Birchwood Village (hills), then Mahtomedi, Dellwood, White Bear Township.  The last few miles are near flat and on an asphalt path that starts at Ramsey County White Bear Lake Park, then through West Park as you follow Lake Ave through Matoska Park, and continue along Lake Ave with a beautiful view of the Lake. As you make the turn at Lake and Hwy 96 you will enter the commercial bay and then the finish.
