- The 2018 Walk/Run for Abilis 5K is our largest annual awareness building and community fundraising event. It is a family-friendly activity for people of all ages and abilities that celebrates inclusion and diversity.
The 5K Run is a timed race that is suitable for runners of all levels. The course is relatively flat and accurately marked with flag posts. We have plenty of helpers to keep you on course and to cheer you on to the finish. Most of the race is on traffic free roads and concrete paths within Greenwich Point Park.

-) Directions from I 95
• From either North or South, take Exit 5
• Make a right at the traffic light onto East Putnam Avenue (Route 1)
• Make a right at the first traffic light onto Sound Beach Avenue,
follow to the end. Passing through the town of Old Greenwich.
• Make a right onto Shore Road which will change to Tod's Driftway. Follow to park gates.
• Stop at Gate House - Walk/Run for Abilis.
