We will see you in the morning beginning at 9:00 AM for in person registration on June 15 at Ann Street Park in Milford. Opening Ceremonies and the 5K begins at 10:00!

The 4th annual Pocono FoxTrot 5K Walk/Fun Run and 1 Mile Community Walk for Parkinson's Research will be held, rain or shine.  Registration begins at 9:00 AM on Saturday, June 15, 2018, at Ann Street Park in beautiful downtown Milford, PA.

Join us immediately after the run for an After-Party with free food, music, and a gift basket raffle. Visit our Resource Fair and learn about local resources for Parkinson's patients and caregivers. All proceeds from this event will benefit the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research!

In 2018 Pocono FoxTrot donated $65,000 towards the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research!!! That is a four year total of $157,000!
