_ The 2019 I Love LK 5K:

The I Love LK 5K is a fund raising event meant to memorialize precious Lila Kate McAlister. LK lived a remarkable 41/2 years, touching the hearts and lives of all people who met her. Born with Down Syndrome, pulmonary hypertension, and a heart defect, simple illnesses such as the common cold were a constant source of concern for her family. On January 10, 2015, Lila Kate left our lives to be in heaven. Raising funds for organizations such as Arkansas Children's Hospital and the Arkansas Down Syndrome Association in her memory is a top priority for her family, friends, and our community.
