_ The 2019 Jamie's Run for Connecticut Children's:

THE JK 5K RUN:  The 5K Run and the Charity Walk start at 9:00am and are immediately followed by the 10:00 am Kid's Fun Run.  

CHARITY WALK:  Every family member needs to register for the 3K Walk.  Walkers are asked not to walk the 5K route due to traffic restrictions.  Walkers are asked to be mindful of runners and follow signs and volunteer directions.  Please keep the finish line timing mat clear.

KIDS K FUN RUN:  Kid's 12 and under are welcome to run in the Fun Run.  The Fun Run is chip timed with prizes in 4 age categories.  The Fun Run starts promptly at 10:00 am. 

AWARDS:  Following the Fun Run, LEGO® awards will be given to top Fun Runners in 4 age categories and to the top male and female 5K runner, top 3 male/female runners in each age category.  Entertainment, food, and fun will continue after the 5K Run and Charity Walk.  

FAMILY FUN:  Before and after the Run, family entertainment will be on-going with the entertainment from Sunshine Entertainment - music, giveaways and fun, bounce houses, games, mascots, vendor and charity booths, and refreshments. Enjoy a family celebration with hot drinks, donuts, bagels, bread, and fruit.

• The picturesque 5K (3.1 mile) certified course starts and ends at Standish Park in Old Wethersfield.
• The course runs through the quaint village of Old Wethersfield, passing historic homes, churches and businesses.
