2019 St. Patties Day 5K - Racine

Racine, WI will be host to the 6th Annual St. Pat’s Day 5K® – Let the shenanigans begin!   

A change of venue is in store for our runners as we will lead off Racine's Annual St. Patrick's Day Parade!  We're excited to join Downtown Racine and become a part of this annual tradition!  

For those of you that want to take your run to a new level, Sign up for Paddy's 0.08ish K.  You get all the same swag as the 5K run; Race Bib, Finisher Medal, t-shirt, goodie bag, and a free beer. You'll just finish sooner... a lot sooner! (See Route Map)  

JUST AN FYI...We haven't given up on Jose's! We absolutely loved our former home at Jose's Blue Sombrero. For that reason we created a new 5K event which is even more fitting... the "Cinco K Mayo" to be held on May 5, 2019.

Directions to start: The run starts promptly at 12:00 pm. We recommend arriving early and giving yourself enough time to get your race packet and get to the start line. You need to be at the start line by 11:45 am - Runners should start in the front, good looking people toward the back. Anyone with a stroller will need to start in back.

Parking: Parking is available throughout Downtown Racine. We suggest using the Marina Parking Ramp, Gaslight Point or Shoops Parking ramp for easy in and out.

Awards info:
All participants will receive a custom finishers medal. 
Top three male and female will be recognized as well as the top male and female in respective 5 year age groups.


 • 9 and under
 • 5 year age categories (starting at 10yrs old on up)

Starting at Racine's St. Patrick's Day Parade in Downtown Racine we will journey through the parade route down 6th street to the Root River Pathway and back to the start of the event.
