2019 Big Bang 5K ~ Results

• 5K Run:- Run 3.1 Miles

The 10th Annual Big Bang 5K is contested on the flat fast roads along the golf course and fancy houses of Ponte Vedra Beach.

Back by overwhelming demand for 2019, the top 225 5K FINISHERS will receive a custom Big Bang medal!!  

RACE DATE AND TIME  Saturday, June 29, 2019 5K at 8:00 am and Fun Run 9 am

  LOCATION  Christ Episcopal Church, 400 San Juan Dr and Solana Rd, Ponte Vedra Beach 32082

     ENTRY FEE    $25 UNTIL JUNE 18, 2019, AT 12 MIDNIGHT.  $30 FROM JUNE 19 TO JUNE 28, 2019 AT 9AM.  RACE DAY ENTRY IS $35. THE FUN RUN IS $12.

 REGISTRATION    Register online at ITS Your Race.com. An additional processing fee will be charged for online registration. Online registration closes on Friday, June 28, 2019 at 9 am. Click GREEN REGISTER NOW button in upper right hand corner.

            COURSE       Run San Juan Rd north approximately 1.4 miles, U turn before San Juan Circle and head back. Turn right onto Pablo Rd and follow it back to San Juan. Turn right and sprint for home.

AMENITIES      Custom ????? to first 225 5K entrants. Late and race day entrants are not guaranteed a ?????. Custom Medals will be awarded to the first 225 finishers. 

     TIMING      The race will be timed and scored by Jaguar Timing Systems electronic bib tag. Your entry fee covers the cost of the disposable chip which does not need to be returned. Bib MUST be worn on the front chest to be scored electronically. Please do not fold the microprocessor.

    PACKET PICK UP  Pre Race Packet pick up will be announced soon.
For Race Day  packet pick up,  Please arrive early to avoid long lines.

           First Place Overall male and female and First Place Masters male and female

           Medals to all Fun Run Finishers.

AGE GROUPS       

           First Place Male and Female in 9 & under, 10 – 14,

           15 – 19, 20 – 24, 25 – 29, 30 – 34, 35 – 39,

           40 – 44, 45 – 49, 50 – 54, 55 – 59, 60 – 64,

           65 – 69, 70 – 74, 75 and over. Awards presentation will follow conclusion of the Main event.

RESULTS   

           Results will be posted near the finish line within minutes of the conclusion of the race and on the internet at www.milestoneraceauthority.com. Include your cell phone carrier and receive INSTANT  SMS text message of your race time.

POST RACE CELEBRATION   

           Join us for a runner’s banquet with beer, water, bagels, bananas etc

DIRECTIONS        

          From Butler Blvd: Take JTB to the end and drive south on A1A approximately 1.9 miles. Turn Left on Solana Rd and drive a quarter mile. Christ Episcopal Church is on your left.
From CR 210: Take 210 east to the end. Turn left onto A1A and drive 2.3 miles north to Solana Rd. Turn right, drive ¼ mile to Church 
PARKING is available behind the Church. Please enter from Solana Rd
