This unique running event is for NOVICE and EXPERIENCED runners of all ages. Experienced runners should enter the OPEN team category. Teams are made up of family members, co-workers, students, or wheelchair particpants, depending on which division you select. Team entries can participate in the 5K run, 4x400, 4x800 and 4x200 relays. The more events your team enters the better your chances of winning the overall event! Individuals particpate in the 5k run/walk.
