We are a non-profit organization dedicated to providing for the current and long-term funding needs of the Pulaski, Wisconsin, area K9 Patrol. We operate independently from, but in concert with, the Village of Pulaski Police Department. Our Police K9 Patrol proudly serves the citizens and visitors of Pulaski, WI and are requested to respond to communities throughout the State of Wisconsin. Thank you for visiting our website. Since we’re supporting a K9, we encourage you to bring your 4-legged friend to walk with you.
Important Dog Information:
• Please only bring dogs that are well-behaved and used to being around other dogs and people.
• Dogs should be kept on a leash that is shorter than 6 feet, with no retractable leashes.
• Please clean up after your dog – “doggie bags” will be available.
• Limit 1 dog per registrant.
• Dogs should be at least 6 months old and current on all vaccinations.
• No dogs will be allowed inside of the pavilion.
• Only the 5K will be Chip Timed.
• Prizes to top finishers will be awarded, but most importantly we look forward to seeing you have fun!
Course description:
• The event starts at the Pulaski Polka Grounds (Polka Music and Dancing is encouraged) and through Community Park in Pulaski.
• You will venture through part paved and part winding trails, past the ponds, and through the downtown area before returning to the Polka Grounds
The 5K will have 2 flights:
• 1. Runners
• 2. Runners with K9 Companion (must supply your own).
• If a 5K isn’t your thing, we’ve got you covered with a 1 mile walk.

• This event is chip timed and results will be posted LIVE (see www.5Kevents.org)
• Awards will be given to the top 3 male and female overall runners as well as top male and female in the following age groups:
• Youth (13 and under)
• Junior (14-18)
• Adult (19-30, 31-40, 41-50, 50+)
• Top Dog (small, medium, and large breeds)

Chip Timing
• This event is chip timed, your chip will be issued with your race bib on event morning at the registration tents.
• You must wear the chip during the event to be scored.
