_ The 2019 Delaney Dash 4 Miler:
All races start at the Fort at Saybrook Point (across from Saybrook Point Inn) on College Street in Old Saybrook.
4-Mile Run is a certified (CT09025JHP), flat, scenic, shoreline run and is the USATF-CT 4-Mi Championship Race.
Race course is out and back on the same roads.
For this reason we ask all walkers, dogs and baby joggers to participate in the Causeway Walk and stay off the road race course.
The 1.6-Mi Causeway Walk is just as scenic as the 4-Mile Run and will not interfere with the road race.
