_ The 2019 Belmont Classic 5K:

The Belmont Citizen’s Police Academy Alumni Association (BCPAA) has hosted the Annual Belmont Classic 5K Run/Walk and 1-Mile family Fun run since 2004. The Belmont Classic 5K is a road race open to all ages and is digitally timed on a certified course. Whether you walk or run, it is great fun for all who participate.

Purpose
The Belmont Classic 5K is the major annual fundraising event for BCPAA. The funds raised are used to purchase items for the police department that are not normally covered under the regular operating budget. Officers can submit requests to the board. Upon approval by board members, items are purchased for the department.

Registration - In-person registration before race day is available at the Belmont Police Department, 201 Chronicle Street  in Belmont
Race day registration is possible between 7:00am until 7:55am (Race starts at 8:00am)
 

Parking - Event Parking will be in the vacant field on Chronicle Street adjacent to the police department and will be directed by officers. 

Cost of 5K - Adults and kids 13 and up:$25 until midnight Wednesday before the race day
$30 from midnight Wednesday before the race day
Kids 12 and under:$20 until midnight Wednesday before the race day 
$25 from midnight Wednesday before the race day

Family Discount -  $60 for 2 adults and 2 kids
Law Enforcement Discount -  $15 (must show ID)
1-Mile Family Fun Run

The 1 Mile Family Fun Run will start at the finish of the 5K. You are welcome to bring your dog on this walk with you (dogs must be on a leash at all times).

Cost of Fun Run - Adults and kids ages 13 and up: $15
Kids 12 and under: $10
