_ The 2020 Paper Chase 5K:

The Paper Chase 5K is an annual fundraiser for Free 2 Teach. The race raises funds for Free 2 Teach, a non-profit in Madison County, Alabama that supports public school students and school teachers by giving away supplies and resources. The race brings together teachers, administrators, students and community members all with the aim of supporting education in our county. Come out and join us on February 23, 2019 in downtown Huntsville. We are excited to come together as a community and support teachers and students! NEW THIS YEAR: The school with the most runners (family, supporters, staff, friends etc) will win $1,500 from FirstBank for their school library!

The course winds through beautiful downtown Huntsville and is a partial loop certified with USATF (code: AL18003JE). Runners of all levels are invited as are walkers. This is a great way to run with your family and friends in a casual and fun environment. Due to insurance restrictions, strollers are not permitted on the course.
