_ The 2020 Village 2 Village 10k / 7.5k:

Welcome to the 2020 edition of the Village 2 Village 10k and 7.5k!

Join your fellow runners for this fun-filled run through the beautiful neighborhoods and Villages of Mountain Brook. Between the 10k and 7.5k, nearly 1,000 runners participate and we want you to join in on the fun! Along the course runners will find a few surprises to keep them smiling, while local neighborhood families compete to see which home can provide the loudest and largest cheer station!

At the finish line you will receive a finisher's medal, chocolate-dipped strawberries, and mimosas. Then enjoy the festivities which include live bands, carnival games and kids area, face painting, refreshments from local restaurants, free massages, and much, much more. You do not want to miss this race! Runners of all paces are welcome and encouraged to participate in the festivities. 

The course is a USATF Certified Course. Course #: AL17015JE  

7.5k Option: If you do not think you are ready for a 10k, there is a race option for you! The V2V10k also offers a shorter race distance. Instead of running 6.2 miles (10k), you now also have the option of running 4.6 miles (7.5k). Now everyone can join in on the fun even if you are not ready to tackle the full 10k!

SHIRT NOTICE: To be guaranteed a finisher shirt, you must pre-register online. Runners who sign up at packet pick-up or on race day are not guaranteed a shirt. Any left over shirts available at packet pick-up will be offered on a first come first served basis.

CANCELLATION STATEMENT: This event will occur rain or shine. Village 2 Village 10k reserves the right to cancel in extreme circumstances. In the event of cancellation, there will be no refunds.
