Cowboy or cowgirl it up! We are celebrating everything WESTERN. Country western bands and music on the course. It’s not just a run, it is the cowboy round up of the year. Learn to rope stations, learn to ride! Best themed event shirts. Custom cast medal that turns into a belt buckle! Line dance warm up. Two step lessons. Bar B Que food offered. 5K /10K age division awards. Top three overall trophies. RFID CHIP TIMED by Itz About Time. It’s our Wild West in all of us. It’s an extraordinary Caren Ware Event.
Caren Ware Events are the something for EVERYBODY and EVERY BODY events. We are the events that gives back. Our desire is to host enriching fun, healthy, outdoor options for your lives and, in turn, gift life enhancing opportunities to others. Activity helps health. It heals. It makes life interesting. We will be supporting MISS PAM’s Ranch, by providing proceeds for wheelchair accessibility. We are excited to do something real and really needed. Turn LEFT into the STATE PARK. (Right goes into the City Parking Lot which may host other events on the same day.)
Perfect selfie moments! Perfect company or team event to ‘corral’ camaraderie! Group Discounts offered for 10 or more members. Awards are 3 deep in 5-year age spans. Contest AWARD WINNERS for the Ugliest Sweaters. Fancy Santa FINISHER MEDALS TO ALL. It is the break you need in your busy holiday season. Recreate and give a little something back to someone that has so much less. You can add additional donations or be jog-a-thon sponsored also.

PARKING: State Park parking fee is $15.00. Carpool or limited metered parking available on Pacific Coast Hwy and Beach Blvd. And NEW this year, OC Parking has Public parking across the street for less then $10. North /east Corner of PCH and Beach Blvd.

Walk up registration welcome and on race day . ALSO, PACKET PICK UP AND LATE REGISTRATION on RACE DAY from 6:30 a.m. to 8:15 am One person may pick up for other participants. Strollers allowed.
Course: Definitely flat and fast on the paved running, bike path.
You choose your course tactics. Race…Jog…Stroll…or Roll. Families can bring strollers but agrees to use at own risk. Please position at the back of the pack at the start. Aid station half way on course.
