The 7th Annual Drennen's Dreams Foundation Splash Dash is a USATF Certified 5K run that begins and ends at Arapahoe High School in Centennial, CO. This is an event for both serious runners and for those who like have fun and possibly get a little wet along the way as you wind through the adjacent Southglenn subdivision.  Area residents will sprinkle, shower and hose you off as you dash through the streets!  We are a family friendly and all ages are welcome to participate. We have activities for children prior to the race start. Our sponsors will be sharing giveaways, snacks, coffee and beverages. Dogs are welcome and must be on a leash at all times.

NEW FOR 2019 - We are offering group/team registrations. Register together as a Friends/Community team, School Team or Swim Team. We will have special prizes for the Largest Team, Fastest Team (combined times), and Team That Raises the Largest Donation. This is a great way to share a morning together supporting national drowning awareness and water safety.

New FOR 2019 - We offer a referral discount. Refer 4 or more of your friends, neighbors, acquaintances. When they register direct them to reference your name as the person that referred them. After the 4th person submits their paid registration, you will receive a $30 discount refund back to the credit card you used to pay your registration. Support a great cause, share the event with people you know and enjoy a great event together.

Our Mission at Drennen’s Dreams Foundation is to continue Drennen’s legacy by promoting pool and water safety, and engaging the greater community to impact lives through initiatives that inspire well rounded individuals and the leaders of tomorrow. The funds raised from the SplashDash support our presentations to: lifeguards, aquatics managers and facility owners/operators. We provide drowning prevention and water safety information and presentations to mom's and family support organizations. Beginning this year we are also developing water safety information resources for pediatricians to share with families. Those resources will also be made available in hospital safety stores. We are also developing a mobile app that will help us gather drowning prevention and rescue information, push in-service training modules to lifeguards and aquatics managers and share water safety information with the general public.  To read more about our goals and case for support, please visit www.drennensdreams.org
