Swim a Mile for Hospice

• 1 Mile Swim:- Open Water 1 Mile Swim

This event is a non-competitive, open water swim to raise money for Hospice and Palliative Care of St. Lawrence Valley. Speed is not the important thing. What is important is sharing a unique athletic experience on Hannawa Pond and supporting your community in the process!

Participants enter and exit the course at the same point. Buoys outline the course which consists of both downstream and upstream swimming in the Racquette River.
