_ The 2019 Stop the Trafficking 5K Walk/Run:
Our communities are personally affected by human trafficking including the exploitation of children. The average age a child becomes a victim of sex trafficking in the United States is 12 - 14 years old. Join this community-wide event on Saturday, June 22 and together, we can make a difference. Walk or run to Stop the Trafficking!
Chip-timed race bibs are available for our runners. Medals are awarded to our top 3 male and female finishers in 3 age categories. Post-race food is offered to all participants, along with chair massages, provided by HealthSource. Twin Cities Live will have a table with a prize wheel. In addition, the organizations receiving the race proceeds, who support victims of human trafficking, will have info tables.
