Girls on the Run and Girls on Track are a life-changing program for girls in grades 3-8. The highly interactive curriculum combines training for a 5k Fun Run with self-esteem enhancing lessons. Young girls are empowered with greater self-awareness, a sense of achievement, and a foundation in team building. More than just a running program, GOTR emphasizes good health, friendship, positive body image and improved self-esteem.
