Please join Zaltana, a civic club of Perry, GA, in their First Annual STEP Forward 5K. Affiliated with the Rainbow House Chidrens Resource Center, S.T.E.P. (Supporting Teens in Education & Parenting) is the Houston County System of Care providing Wrap-Around Care Management to preganat and parenting teens in identified school zones. STEP's mission is to provide a full array of services so that care to the pregnant and parenting teen is both comprehensive and individualozed.
