_ The 12th Annual Free to Run 4 Miles:

Run or Walk a timed 4 Miles or optional 1 Mile fun run or walk ‘round Arbor Lake on USATF certified 4 Mile course with family & friends, at 12th Annual Free to Run 4 Miles presented by Charities Challenge. Start/Finish near to Claddagh Irish Pub & Restaurant, in Maple Grove, MN, Friday, July 4; 8 AM start. Limited entries - Pre-register early! Complete 4 Miles results by USATF divisions; race results submitted to MN Runner of the Year records. All participants will be welcome for indoor check-in and optional post-race complimentary Irish Breakfast, beer, hot and cold light beverages, holiday music, and more Irish hospitality. Cheerful, warm and welcoming CC Race Event Worker (CCREW) volunteers, Motivating Americana Music, announcer, colorful commemorative shirt, holiday costumes welcome, fabulous online post-event photographic slideshow, free & convenient parking, indoor restrooms.
